Why Exhibit

This two-day event will bring together all sectors of the meat processing industry in one location. Your participation in the exposition is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to a captive audience from Ontario’s 1400+ meat processors and independent butcher shops and delis (retailers). The Expo offers over 25,000 sq. ft. of exhibitor space for you to:

    • Showcase your products, services, and equipment
    • Launch new products
    • Introduce solutions to emerging industry challenges
    • Meet potential, bond with existing, and reconnect with past customers
    • Take orders, make sales

Promotion to key buyers
The 2019 Meat Industry Expo will be aggressively promoted through an extensive campaign targeting key personnel in the meat and poultry industry. Tactics include direct mail, eBulletins, print publications, dedicated website and social media.

Returning by Popular Demand!
OIMP Business Members are invited to participate in the Expo Flavours section on the tradeshow floor. A targeted marketing campaign will drive traffic of independent grocers and butcher shops to the show to sample your best products and discuss how they may get those products on to their shelves. Move-In:

Exhibitors may stay in the hall until 8:00 pm to finish set-up.
Friday, October 25, 2019 | 7:00 am – 9:00 am*
*Carry in items only – no dollies or pump trucks allowed

Show Hours:

Saturday, October 26, 2019 | 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Saturday, October 26, 2019 | 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

To book your space: Complete and sign the Exhibitor Rental Contract and return by mail, fax, or email with a minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. Contracts not signed or without payment will be returned.

Assignment of space:

Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with every effort to assign your space as requested. Please note if you require compressed air or drains, as these are available only in certain areas of the show floor (fees will apply). Management reserves the right to make the final determination of space assignment in keeping with the best interests of the exposition. You will receive a notice acknowledging receipt of your contract and payment. The Expo Exhibitor Kit containing your booth space assignment, order forms, and promotional material will be sent closer to the date of the show.
