About The Study Guide
The Study Guide has critical information for workers and supervisors in the food processing industry and focuses on five key areas:

Independent Learning
- Learn the basics of food safety on your own, and in your preferred language. The Study Guide is based on the presentation slides from the workshop, and is available to purchase independently.
Workers and Supervisors
- Chapters 1 to 4 provide everything that a worker needs to know about food safety. Chapter 5 focuses specifically on supervisors and their responsibility within a food safety and management role.
Testing your Understanding
- Examinations are scheduled throughout the year in various locations in Ontario. Check here for dates and locations.
