Food Safety is everyone’s responsibility! OIMP offers training in proper food safety practices such as: Food Handler Training that plays a major roll in keeping food safe by teaching employers’ and employees’ proper tools and skills they need to meet food handling regulations. Advantage HACCP goes above and beyond regular food safety programs. Its focus is to prevent problems before they occur. Recall is the actions that are taken when a product(s) maybe unsafe.
OIMP also supports the initiatives of the FightBAC® campaign, which is a national consumer education program focused on safe food handling in the home.
