Laurie is responsible for the leadership and management of the association, working closely with all levels of government, agricultural and industry groups on issues that directly affect Members and their businesses.

Daphne works on the regulatory aspect of the meat industry, providing regulatory and technical advice and assistance to individual member businesses. Daphne leads the industry development activities including OIMP training workshops and technical bulletin.

Graham is the on-the-road, in-plant resource making sure members are informed and engaged. Graham provides on-site technical, operational and regulatory support and solutions for the meat industry.

Heather is responsible for the OIMP communications strategy, promoting a strong concise message to our members, industry and consumers. Leading our market development initiatives, Heather manages the direction of the OIMP branding programs, social media strategy, and consumer outreach including tradeshows and website.

Janet is responsible for communicating with our members and developing strong member relations. Addressing general enquiries relating to our programs and services, managing registration for various OIMP events, and maintaining a current and accurate member database.

Marketing and Design Coordinator – Nikki Stager

Nikki provides support to various OIMP activities including OIMP branding, logo usage agreements, all POS distribution, and coordinates requests for advertising. As OIMP’s in-house graphic designer, Nikki manages design and layout of OIMP communication pieces and provides design services to OIMP members by request.
